Make sure that you always have your flight confirmation details at hand, by opting to receive an SMS booking confirmation when booking your flight. Perfect if you are making a booking for someone else or to confirm the details of your journey to family, friends or colleagues. Flybe will send you one text message when your booking is confirmed and another one around 24 hours before your first flight of your itinerary.

Just Fly

For just a small fee you will be able to receive confirmation of your booking once confirmed and the day before your flight, making your SMS flight confirmation easily accessible at any time you may require.

If you have selected to receive confirmation of your booking by SMS, you will receive an SMS of your new itinerary the day prior to your new travel date, however should you prefer to also receive a new SMS confirmation once completed your ticket change, standard fees will apply.

Get More

As part of your Get More booking you will be able to receive your booking confirmation via SMS and will also be able to select multiple numbers free of charge to make sure that friends and family will too have confirmation of your flights.
If you have selected to receive confirmation of your booking by SMS, you will receive an SMS of your new itinerary the day prior to your new travel date, however should you prefer to also receive a new SMS confirmation once completed your ticket change, standard fees will apply.

All In

You can select multiple mobile numbers as you require, be this for business or pleasure, to receive confirmation of your flight details and to ensure that your booking confirmation is always at hand. Simply select the mobile numbers within the booking process.

General Terms and Conditions

By opting to receive a text message confirmation of your Flybe booking, you agree to the below Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

You will not receive a text between 22.00 and 07.00 (based on the local departure time of your first flight). Flybe cannot control certain factors relating to message delivery and depending on the recipient's mobile provider service, it may not be possible to transmit the SMS message to the recipient successfully. Flybe charge a £1.00 fee for this service and this fee is non-refundable.

Receipt of SMS message/s

A first SMS Booking Confirmation will be sent for each booking at the end of the booking process.

A second and final SMS Booking Confirmation will be sent within 24hrs of departure of the first flight in your itinerary. No further messages will be sent prior to the return part of your journey (if applicable).

No SMS messages will be sent between the hours of 10pm and 7am based on local time of the departing airport of the first flight in your itinerary.

If the booking has been made within 24 hours of departure, only one SMS confirmation will be sent.

Depending on the number of flights in your itinerary you may receive multiple SMS messages at the time of booking and prior to travel, as detailed above.

SMS messages will be sent to the mobile number/s detailed in your booking; please be aware if the passenger travelling and the person making the booking differ.

No notification/SMS message will be sent should a flight be delayed or cancelled.

SMS Message content

Your SMS message will be showing as originating from ‘FLYBE.COM’ and it will state your booking reference number and itinerary details, detailing flight number/s, departure and arrival times. A link to the website (for selected smart devices) will also be available as well as contact details for Flybe’s call centre if any assistance is required.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided within the booking.

Flight changes and cancellations

If a change is made to your booking more than 24 hours in advance of your original time of departure, our database is automatically updated with the new booking information and the SMS message you will receive 24 hours before travel will relate to the details of your new travel itinerary. There is no need for you to contact us with the new details.

Unfortunately, if a change is made to your booking within 24 hours of departure we are unable to send you an SMS message with your new travel itinerary.

If you make a change to your booking via our call centre and/or your booking has been subject to a change of schedule and you have not accepted your new itinerary, we cannot guarantee content or message delivery.
If you choose to cancel your flight more than 24 hours prior to departure you will not receive any SMS messages.

Accuracy of information and limitation of liability, warranties and indemnities

Flybe cannot control certain factors relating to message delivery and depending on the recipient's mobile provider service, it may not be possible to transmit the SMS message to the recipient successfully.

Flybe does not guarantee 100% availability or performance of this service or any liability for transmission delays or message failures. However Flybe will always use best endeavours to ensure service continuity.

As a condition for your use of the mobile service or facility, you agree to indemnify Flybe from and against any liability, damage or loss that Flybe incurs or suffers as a result of any action, inaction or omission on your part.

You also acknowledge and accept that Flybe have no liability / responsibility for the accuracy of the content sent to customers

Fees

Flybe charges a small fee for this service for Just Fly bookings and for each additional number selected and this fee is non-refundable. Flybe is not responsible for any additional charges made by mobile phone network providers for the provision of this service. Please click here for full details of charges.

General

This service is operated within Flybe’s standard Privacy Policy, which means that all of your personal data is kept securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The agreement pertaining to your use of the mobile service or facility is governed by the Laws of England.

Flybe reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

Please note:
When not travelling with an adult of at least 16 years of age, some children can be carried under the Unaccompanied Minor Scheme* on flybe operated flights.

The Flybe Unaccompanied Minor Scheme is not available to children under 15 years of age on flights operated by Air France. These must be booked directly with Air France.

The Flybe Unaccompanied Minor Scheme is not available through Knock - Ireland West (NOC).
